ZZY BELLA starts October 2012

One of my artists IZZY BELLA will be starting her new 6 month CD and the COMIA students will be involved in the making of this record. Watch the trailer below. The students will be working on the arrangement of sub mixes, some beat work, guitars, piano tracks, vocal tracks as well as pre-production of this great CD. Everyone at the studio and at COMIA is extremely excited. IZZY’s CD will be an made just like the industry professionals make their records, one step at a time and over a 6 to 8 month period. ​

LABELS LOSE MONEY

The top 4 record companies have reported losses of 30 million dollars in the last quarter of this year due to the economy and the down grade of the physical sales of units. The good news is that “digital sales” are up. The bad news is that CD sales make 5 times the amount of money than “digital downloads.”
